REFUND POLICY

The Platform is designed with all its users in mind. We offer an enabling environment for the Models and the Managers to create premium Content while at the same time striving to ensure that our Customers get value for their money when they actually pay to access the Platform.

For the foregoing reasons, all our Customers are entitled to refunds either in the form of site credits or cash refund on justified requests as long as the requests are made for good cause and in good faith.

Good cause and good faith requests include requests made on grounds of (i) inability to access the Platform or Content at the scheduled time for reasons beyond the control of the Customers, (ii) unavailability of the Models for performance during the allocated time, or (iii) any other cause which, in our informed and reasonable opinion, warrants a full or partial refund.

Refunds may be issued only upon a formal request. To request a refund, lodge your request by sending a message to our support team using the contact form available at ..................................... Our support team will thereafter investigate your claim as soon as possible and communicate to you our decision within 14 calendar days from the date of lodging your request. If warranted, a refund either in the form of site credits or cash refund will be processed not later than 7 calendar days from the date of communicating our decision on your refund request. Unused site credits are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.

Should we in our reasonable and informed opinion conclude that your request for a refund is unjustified and made in bad faith, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform.
